On this excursion you will:

Haleakala / Lahaina & Iao Valley
This ultimate excursion is a combination of some of Maui's most famous attractions.
On this excursion you will:
- Visit famed Haleakala Crater, the world's largest dormant volcano measuring 7½ miles long by 2½ miles wide.
- See the majesty of Haleakala's 3,000 foot deep crater, its very unique plant life and the moonlike quality of the craters surface.
- Pass through Maui's central plain of sugar cane and pineapple plantations en route to the 10,023 foot high summit of Haleakala and panoramic views of the Hawaiian Island chain.
- Move on to the Maui Tropical Plantation, a 112 acre plantation full of exotic tropical vegetation and foliage.
- Enjoy a bountiful buffet lunch, before traveling to beautiful Iao Valley State Park.
- View the unique volcanic "Needle" before visiting historic Lahaina Town.
- Make a 30 minute stop at Hilo Hattie, the largest Aloha garment store in the islands.

Haleakala Ranch ATV Adventure
Mount Haleakala Volcano is host to this very scenic mountain ATV adventure.
On this interactive excursion you will:
- Visit historic Haleakala Ranch which lies 4,000 feet above sea level and spans 30,000 acres over the slopes of the mount Haleakala Volcano.
- Enjoy private access that allows you to see this working cattle ranch and explore the rolling hills and mountain forests, before, only reached by the local Paniolo's (cowboys) and now by ATV.
- From the cruise ship pier a 45 minute scenic drive, through the heart of Maui will bring you to the base camp for the start of your ATV adventure.
- Be provided highly trained guides that will hand out the safety gear, helmets, gloves and safety glasses, followed by the mandatory safety briefing.
- Be assisted by your guides for your experience level on the ATV before heading out on the range.
- Learn as your guides impart local knowledge and take you to the best spots for some spectacular photo opportunities of Maui, the Pacific Ocean and the slopes of the Haleakala Volcano.
- Be prepared to get dirty on this, approximate 7-mile round trip.
Notes: Guest must wear closed toe shoes. Long pants are recommended.
Minimum age is 16; guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minimum weight is 100 lbs; maximum weight is 300 lbs.

Haleakala Ranch Horseback Riding Adventure
At 4,000 feet, Haleakala Ranch is the largest working cattle ranch on Maui, and spread over 30,000 acres on the slopes of the Haleakala Volcano.
On this horseback riding excursion you will:
- Ride through tall, fragrant eucalyptus trees, across lush pastures with panoramic views of the valley and ocean below.
- Start with a van ride through the heart of Maui and on up the scenic road of the Haleakala Volcano to begin your excursion.
- Upon arrival at the stables you will be greeted by experienced guides and given a safety briefing.
- Have approximately 90 minutes to ride through some of the most beautiful scenery in Hawaii with outstanding vistas.
Notes: Guests must wear closed toe shoes. Long pant, a jacket, sunscreen and sun glasses are recommended.
Minimum age is 10, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Maximum age 65.
Maximum weight of the rider is 235 lbs.

Hana & Haleakala Helicopter Tour

Heavenly Hana
Take a trip back in time to the old style, slower paced Hawaii and the most beautiful tropical rainforests that you have ever seen.
On this amazing excursion you will:
- Travel the two-hour road to Hana, an unforgettable, multi-sensory experience with over 600 curves and 54 bridges.
- Experience fascinating stories and colorful narration about the breathtaking scenery along the way including a drive by Palikea Stream in the the Oheo Gulch area.
- Make stops at the Keanae Lookout, Wainapanapa State Park, Hana Town, Charles Lindberg's grave and the Tedeschi Winery.

Iao Valley & Maui Tropical Plantation
Take an excursion of the lush Iao Valley, scene of one of the great battles in the unification of the Hawaiian Islands by King Kamehameha.
On this excursion you will:
- See the unique Iao Needle, a strange pinnacle formed by volcanic activity, rising out of the lush valley floor.
- Stop at the Maui Tropical Plantation, a 112 acre tropical paradise.
- Take the tropical tram tour through fields of sugar cane, pineapple, coffee, papaya, bananas, macadamia nuts and tropical flowers.
Ka'anapali Beach Break
The world famous Ka'anapali beach resort area on the north western side of Maui is your destination for a few hours of relaxing beach fun.
On this wonderful excursion you will:
- Enjoy a scenic 75 minute scenic coastal drive from the cruise ship pier to the Ka'anapali beach area, waiting for you is a complimentary beach chair and a tropical beverage.
- Relax in the sun, swim or beach-comb.
- If you feel like snorkeling you can rent gear on board, keeping the snorkel as a souvenir, and enjoy the marine life at famous Black Rock.
- Have air mattress, boogie boards and other beach toys are available for rent at the beach area.
- Return to the dock by the tour transportation provided OR, arrange your own transportation (at your expense) back to the ship should you decide to stay longer in the Ka'anapali area.
Notes: Beach chair (not a lounge chair) and one tropical drink are included. Additional food and drink is available at your own expense.
Please remember to bring a beach towel, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.
Time at the beach is approximately 3 hours.
Maui Downhill 38 Mile Super Day Bike Safari
Make your visit to Maui complete by visiting the Haleakala Crater, the world's largest dormant volcano.
On this excursion you will:
- Enjoy 38 miles of downhill cruising from the summit of Haleakala National Park to the seaside town of Paia.
- Cruise on a custom-made single speed cruiser bicycle with mountain drum brakes and wide saddle seats.
- Be provided with a windbreaker suit (pants & jacket), insulated gloves and helmet.
- Stop at the Sunrise Market and Hawaiian Flower Farm for a picnic lunch and to enjoy some of Maui's beautiful flowers.

This tour of the 5 acre Maui Ocean Center is a must for those interested in the undersea world that is Maui.
On this excursion you will:
- Visit the Maui Ocean Center, a major state-of-the-art aquarium and marine park.
- Experience the superb indoor exhibits and outdoor pools.
- Take an extraordinary look at the vast undersea world surrounding the islands.
- Get a close up view of the marine life indigenous or endemic to the Hawaiian Islands.
Note: There are 2 restaurants available at Maui Ocean Center for guests who would like to dine at their own expense. Time spent at the Maui Ocean Center is approximately 2½ hours.
Infants, ages 0-3, participating in this shore excursion need not have a ticket purchased for them.
Rainforest & Waterfall Hiking Adventure
Visit two of Hawaii's best as this excursion takes you to beautiful cascading waterfalls and a lush 30-acre tropical botanical garden.
On this excursion you will:
- Begin with a narrated drive along the historic Hana Highway.
- Arrive at your destination, a wonderful botanical garden called the Garden of Eden.
- Tour the manicured garden's abundance of palms, tropical trees and flowering plants.
- View cascading waterfalls and a vast expanse of ocean from several elevated areas.
- Descend into wilderness - down 300 feet on a private switchback trail carved out of the hillside.
- Hike upstream to 30 and 40 foot waterfalls and beautiful pools for a rest stop, healthy snack and refreshing swim.
- Learn about Hawaii's geology, botany, culture and history from your friendly and knowledgeable tour guides.
Notes: Minimum age required is 13 years old.
Guests will be supplied with ponchos and backpacks. Wear your swimsuit under comfortable clothing, hiking or tennis shoes, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended, bring a towel.
This is not a strenuous hike but participants should be in reasonable physical condition expecting to hike up and down a switchback trail on the side of a hill.
Snorkel Adventure
Join the friendly and experienced staff onboard the M/V Prince Kuhio for a scenic ride out to one of the many snorkel sites along West Maui's stunning coastline.
On this excursion you will:
- Keep your eyes open for whales, green sea turtles and dolphins.
- Snorkel one or two sites, including world famous Molokini Crater, Turtle Arches and Olowalu.
- Spend between 45 minutes to an hour total in the water.
- Enjoy fruit juices, water and dry snacks that are offered once you have finished snorkeling, feel free to help yourself to the complimentary beer and wine from the bar for the ride back to Ma'alaea Bay.
Notes: Trade winds may be strong which may prevent us from snorkeling at one or more of the typical sites. These winds can present chop and swell at the snorkel site.
Participants should be comfortable in the water. Wetsuits are available for rent for $5.00 payable locally on the snorkel boat. Don't forget your towel.
The Dunes at Maui Lani
The Dunes at Maui Lani is a fantastic championship golf course designed by Nelson & Haworth.
Course particulars:
- Is the only golf course in Hawaii resembling an Irish links land design.
- Is as much a challenge for the professional golfer, as it is for the novice.
- Features massive elevation changes, huge sand dunes, a kiawe tree forest, revetment bunkers and sweeping views of the West Maui Mountain Range and Haleakala.

Wonders of Haleakala
No trip to Maui is complete without a visit to the Haleakala Crater, the world's largest dormant volcano.
On this awesome excursion you will:
- See the crater known as "The House of the Sun" that measures 7½ miles long by 2½ miles wide which last erupted in 1790.
- View the majesty of Haleakala's 3,000 foot deep crater, home to some unique plant life including the rare silver-sword plant.
- Observe the site that because of the moonlike quality of the crater's surface, also served as training grounds for the NASA Apollo Moon Mission.
- Gaze out at the beauty of the Pacific Hawaiian Islands from the 10,023 foot level observatory.
