After shopping depart for Bellefield Estate and be transported back in history as you discover how sugar was produced the "old-fashioned" way, by a 100-year-old donkey-driven sugar mill. After sampling sugar cane grown on the plantation, learn about the history of rum making as you browse through the rum cellar which concludes with a taste of this famous Jamaica product. Depart in your air-conditioned transportation for a scenic countryside drive to YS Falls. YS Falls is located on a Jamaican farm that has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. Horseback Ride 'n' Swim

Zion, traveling rugged dirt roads through the north coast's rolling hill country. Montego Bay Canopy Adventure
It is the latest rage in the Caribbean - this thrilling adventure uses special equipment to allow you to soar through the tropical forest canopy.
WHAT YOU VISIT
Transfer to Great River and take the short walk across a suspension bridge to your first traversing platform. There you receive a lesson on using this special traversing equipment, developed by Darren Hreniuk in the early '90s, as well as a safety briefing. Then set off on your first canopy traverse, leaping from a massive ficus and sailing 150 feet above a 250-year-old dam. Your tour features eight additional traverses alternating with short nature walks. Each
traverse and platform has a colorful name, including "Limestone Liff," "Threesome Stop" and, the highlight, the "Inter-Parish Express" - a traverse that is over 1,000 feet long. It is the closet you can come to flying like a jungle bird as you soar through the tropical forest canopy at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour.

Catamaran Snorkel & Doctor's Cave Beach
A catamaran whisks you away to one of the premier snorkel sites in the Montego Bay Marine Park. Then sail to beautiful Doctor's Cave Beach for fun in the sun.
WHAT YOU VISIT
Board a catamaran and motor sail to one of the premier snorkel sites in the Montego Bay Marine Park. On arrival, receive your equipment and a brief safety orientation; a lesson is provided for novices. Then spend approximately 30 minutes on a snorkel tour that takes in the park's coral gardens and schools of tropical fish. Cruise to Doctor's Cave Beach, named after Dr. Alexander James McCatty who donated the beach to a Montego Bay bathing club. Access to the beach was originally through a small cave, destroyed by a hurricane in 1932. Enjoy two hours to swim or relax. A beach chair and a changing facility with restrooms and freshwater showers are provided for your convenience. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase. Snorkeling equipment including snorkel vest, professional instruction and supervision are included.

Sea Trek Helmet Diving
Explore the underwater wonders at Doctor's Cave Beach with a space-age diving helmet.
WHAT YOU VISIT
Board your air-conditioned transportation and travel to Montego Bay's famed Doctor's Cave Beach. On arrival, you are met by the Sea Trek staff that will provide a brief introduction and orientation to your space age diving helmet. The helmet rests comfortably on your shoulders, providing a constant flow of air. You won't get your hair wet and you can even wear your glasses. Then enter the water and set out on a guided approximately 25-minute underwater walk. See vividly colored hard and soft corals, sea fans, sponges, and tropical fish. After your underwater adventure enjoy approximately an hour and 45 minutes to kick back and relax on the beach before it is time for the return trip to the ship.

Black River Safari
Travel westward to Reading, through farming villages, to the coast. You will pass Bluefields white sand beach en route to the old town of Black River, where your safari starts. A 1 1/2 hour tour by motorlaunch passes through Jamaica's largest wetland area, the Black River Morass, heading six miles upriver to learn about the birds, ecology and history of the area. The endangered American crocodile inhabits this area and sightings are frequent. After the tour, you are taken to lunch at a local restaurant where lunch is served barbecue-style by the beach.

Canopy Adventure
Begin your tour with a seven-minute walk across a single-track rope suspension bridge to the first "Diving Board." From here, begin traversing the rain forest canopy suspended on cables high above the ground. Listen to a safety talk and watch a demonstration of the techniques used throughout the adventure. You are then attached to the first traverse and depart under the roots of an immense strangler fig tree for a 300-foot "flight" across a 250-year-old dam. You will make eight additional traverses coupled with intermittent nature walks. The highlight of the tour is the Inter-Parish Express which is more than 1,000 feet long as you traverse up to 35 miles an hour across springs, the Great River and a dam. This amazing experience of gliding silently through a tunnel of trees is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience the jungle in the same way a bird does.

Chukka Blue Horseback Beach Ride
A scenic bus ride takes you 25 miles west of Montego Bay, where you will be given a brief orientation before mounting your horse for a scenic ride. Pass the ruins of a Great House, then cut through the mountains for a panoramic view of the coast and then cross the Maggoty River to see the ruins of an 18th-century rum and sugar factory. Along the shore you'll ride at the edge of a mangrove forest. Here, you can take a swim in the sea with your horse. Shower and relax before transferring back to the ship.

Dolphin Cove and Dunn's River Falls
Journey to Dunn's River and see where Columbus landed in Jamaica. Climb through the cool refreshing water of the falls as it cascades over natural limestone terraces. A guide will assist you with your route up the falls. After this invigorating experience, you are transported to Dolphin Cove. Enjoy a complimentary fruit drink and watch the dolphins at play. Feed the friendly sharks, see exotic birds, snakes and other animals on the Nature Walk.

You will travel 2 1/2 hours each way through Jamaica's beautiful countryside to Ocho Rios, past many historic sites and villages. See Discovery Bay, where Columbus first landed in 1494. After a drive through the town of Ocho Rios, your tour continues to Dunn's River Falls, a 600-foot waterfall cascading down giant limestone steps to the beach. Climb the Falls or follow the walkway staircase alongside to watch the cascade from observation platforms. A delicious Jamaican buffet lunch will served in a local restaurant and you'll stop for some shopping if time permits.

Jamaica Safari 4-Wheel Drive Experience
Depart the pier in a 4-wheel-drive Land Rover® to see Jamaica's beauty, culture, and history, which often remains unseen due to lack of accessibility by virtue of the terrain. Take a guided two-hour journey through the rolling hills of the Rose Hall Plantation on a fully-automatic all- terrain-vehicle (ATV) to glimpse Jamaica's life today. Ascending through rustic countryside to 700 feet above sea level, view of the island's picture perfect coastline. Stopping frequently, you will have the opportunity to look at the flowers, fruits, famous landmarks of the plantation, and the diverse flora and fauna of the area. Lethe Plantation Tour
The Lethe Plantation Tour is one of the most unique attractions in Jamaica. Your guided tour departs Montego Bay and travels westward to Reading and up Long Hill to Lethe. As you enter Lethe, you pass over what may very well be the oldest bridge in the Caribbean and certainly the oldest in Jamaica, which was built in 1828 by slaves. It is the only one of its kind still in use today. Arriving in the quaint village of Lethe, situated in the hills west of Montego Bay, you will be taken to Rheas World, a privately owned garden, where tropical exotic plants such as the Heleconias, Ginger Lilies and Torch Lilies grow (blooms are seasonal). You will be taken on a short walking tour of the garden. The tour continues on a tractor-drawn jitney that takes you through breathtaking hills to the Banana Plantation in the valley. You will hear the "amazing" facts about this simple fruit. As you continue this breathtaking tour, you will witness coconut pickers climbing an 80-foot coconut tree, and of course you can't leave before you sample the famous Jamaican "jungle juice", liqueurs and the famous Jamaican white rum. Montego Bay Highlights & Rose Hall Great House
Travel by bus past the Montego Bay Free Zone, home to many American companies. Continue on to Howard Cooke Boulevard, along the "Hip Strip" and past famous resorts. You'll visit Rose Hall Great House, where a tour guide will tell you about Annie Palmer, the infamous witch who murdered her four husbands and numerous slaves who worked her plantation. Taste the exotic "Witches Brew," then enjoy a short stop for duty-free shopping.
Montego Bay Highlights and Shopping
You will depart the pier traveling eastward, passing fabulous resorts en route to an area called Spring Farm. Here you will see luxury homes with a magnificent display of architecture and celebrities' homes. Drive through Ironshore, which was once a sugar cane plantation but is now converted to a residential area with more than 500 villas. After leaving Ironshore, you will drive along Gloucester Avenue on the "Bottom Road", passing the Jack Tar Village, Breezes Montego Bay and world famous Doctor's Cave Beach. A stop will be made at Margueritaville Sports Bar, where you can cool off with a non-alcoholic drink before some shopping at the In Bond stores at City Centre complex and the Craft Market. Return to the ship at the pier.
Mountain Valley Rafting
Depart Montego Bay and travel westward to Reading and up Long Hill to the village of Lethe. Rafting on the Lethe river is a spectacular, breathtaking experience as you slowly meander down the gentle rapids amid the verdant greenery of this exotic Jamaican waterway on a bamboo raft built for two. At the end of the ride you will be taken to a liqueur tasting area to taste a variety of Jamaican liqueurs such as Blue Mountain Coffee Liqueur and Lethe Lace, a signature piña colada made from fresh coconut.
Negril Beach Day & Luncheon
This tour takes you on a scenic excursion to the most western part of Jamaica. Traveling along the north coast, you will drive through several villages and small towns such as Hopewell and Sandy Bay. You will see the Water Treatment Plant that serves the city of Montego Bay and its environs, the famous Round Hill and Tryall Hotels where world famous international stars visits from time to time, also the Tryall Golf Resort, which has been the venue for the Mazda Golf Tournament and the Johnnie Walker Golf Tournament. The tour continues along the seacoast and on to Lucea, a very old English town, and then on to Green Island, so named because of the lush vegetation that surround this area. After leaving Green Island, the scenic drive continues through to Negril. This is where Jamaica's longest strip of white sand beach awaits you so swimsuits are a must. This stretch of beach is known as Jamaican White Gold and said to be one of the best beach in the world. A light lunch will be served at Margueritaville. From Marguerite's you can roam this seven-mile stretch of sand and be a Jamaican for a few hours before returning to Montego Bay.

Rafting on the Martha Brae
Venture into the picturesque "Land of Wood and Water," where you will board a bamboo raft built for two, and glide slowly down a river, through groves of bamboo and ferns. You are transported to this world of tranquility and complete relaxation for 1 1/4 hours. On your way back to the pier, stop at an Anglican Church dating back to the 18th century. A short shopping stop in Montego Bay provides time to buy souvenirs en route back to the ship.

Sea Trek Underwater Helmet Dive Adventure
At Doctor's Cave Beach, start your adventure with a brief Sea Trek orientation. Through a comfortable space age helmet a continuous flow of air lets you breathe with ease. For 25 minutes, explore marine life and spectacular live coral at the bottom of the sea with your guide. Sea trek is great for the non swimmer and the entire family! After your underwater adventure you have 1 3/4 hours to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Doctor's Cave Beach.

RAFTING ON THE MARTHA BRAE
Venture to one of the most picturesque places in Jamaica, the "Land of Wood and Water", for a unique Jamaican experience. Enjoy a scenic drive along the coast; see the rural life-style of Jamaica en route to the Martha Brae rafting center where you will be greeted with a welcome tropical drink on arrival Picture yourself on a bamboo raft built for two, gliding slowly down a river that meanders gently through whispering groves of bamboo and ferns, listening to the chatter of birds and the soft chop-chop of the raftsman pole. Your raft makes its way past shaded banks and dappled sunlight as the mild river breeze washes over you. Float along the river relaxing in an atmosphere of tranquility for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes before arriving at the Rafter's Rest, where buses await for the return trip to Montego Bay. Enjoy a thrilling adventure through the Rose Hall Mansion, where stories of witchcraft, black magic, murder and slaves exacting revenge on their masters abound! A short ride will take you past the Montego Bay Free Zone and along the outskirts of the. City Center past the hotel strip and Doctor's Cave Beach, which was once the playground of the rich and famous.Upon arrival at the famous Rose Hall Great House, once home to the White Witch of Rose Hall, your guidewelcomes you and offers you a taste of the exotic "Witch's Brew," a complimentary drink named after the infamouswitch who once ruled the Great House. Legend has it that the "White Witch," Annie Palmer, murdered her fourhusbands in addition to numerous slaves who worked the plantation. OVERLAND TOUR AND BLACK RIVER SAFARI
What better way to spend your day in Jamaica than to experience a boat tour through Jamaica's largest wetland area, the Black River Morass! - Participate in a brief orientation of the techniques to be used before you are harnessed for the first traverse.
- Take a brisk 10-minute walk through the 1,700 acres Montpellier citrus grove to the next traverse - Diving Board.
- Soar, under the roots of an immense strangler fig tree, on a 300-foot flight across the lagoon.
- Enjoy the rush of waters flowing below as you traverse up to 35 miles per hour across springs of the Great River, and a 150-year old dam in this dense tropical rainforest.
- Encounter indigenous flora and fauna as your journey across several traverses with intermittent nature walks.
- Zip across the 1,100 ft. Inter-Parish Express at approximate 250 feet high and approximately 35 miles per hour.

On this excursion you will:
- View beautiful scenery, ruins and small towns nestled on the hillsides as you take a 30-minute drive along the picturesque coast.
- Arrive at Chukka Village in the quaint fishing village of Sandy Bay.
- Receive a short orientation and then mount your horse for your ride through the rustic countryside.
- Explore, on horseback, the historic Blue Hole Estate, a 16th century sugar estate sprawling over 750-plus acres. View the reconstructed great house, windmill ruins and one of the original breadfruit trees brought to Jamaica by Captain Bligh.

This tour is designed to highlight a great deal of Jamaica's beauty, culture and history which usually remains unseen due to lack of accessibility by virtue of the terrain which adds the thrill of real 4 wheel driving to this adventure. There is interesting commentary along the tour by the experienced and well informed drivers.
The tour takes you to the interior of Jamaica cutting through the Mountains by a mixture of rural roadways, farm access roads, and at times, tracks made only by the very jeeps of the tour. Taste Jamaica's rich culture and heritage as you journey through farming villages and learn of the history of Pumpkin Bottom, Smithfield and Cascade. Visit one of the oldest Presbyterian Churches in Jamaica that was built by slaves in 1840. See nature's natural flora and fauna and learn of their multiple uses by our expert guides.

Appleton Estate Rum Tour
You will start with a 90 minute drive to the famous Appleton Estate. The tour will give you an inside look at the rum making process. You can watch the resident donkey "Paz" demonstrate how juice was extracted from the sugar cane in the 18th century. You will also see the Distillery & Ageing House, where the different methods of distillation are shown. You can participate in the crushing of the sugar cane, tasting of the 'Wet-sugar' boiled in copper pots, and sample 14 blends of rum, including the famous white rum.Your lunch will be typical Jamaican style, including the Jerk Chicken. Your trip back to the pier will also include a rest stop Caves by the sea.
Beach & A Place in the Sun
Depart by air-conditioned bus for a short ride to the world famous Doctor's Cave Bathing Beach. Upon arrival, let the sand trickle through your toes at the water's edge and take a plunge into the warm Caribbean Sea.
Afterwards, drive to spectacular shopping for an assortment of designer and local merchandise.

Beach Comber Beach Break
Departing from Montego Bay cruise pier one will have a scenic drive along the sea shore for approximately 50 minutes to Negril. On the way you will see small villages, including Lucea, an old historic seaside town that has some buildings dating back to the 17th century. History records that Port Charlotte was named after Queen Charlotte, wife of King George III, who reigned from 1760-1820. The fort kept pirates and the Spanish at bay, protecting the logwood and sugar which was exported by ship from Lucea. Arriving at the resort to a welcome drink, and a chaise lounge. Buffet lunch is included, and is served at approximately 12:30.

Departing Montego Bay, your tour takes you along the Southern Coast passing through quaint seaside villages where colorful fishing boats line the shore. Enjoy a classic Sail and Snorkel experience aboard a well-appointed custom-built sailing catamaran. Upon departing the cruise ship pier, your crew will take you on a scenic 60 minute sail around the environs of Montego Bay before anchoring at a snorkel location where guests will have approximately 60 minutes to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. The anchors are then raised, and your crew sails you back to Montego Bay and the cruise ship pier.

Coral Semi-Sub
Explore Montego Bay's marine sanctuary abroad one of the most advanced vessels of its kind. View the fascinating underwater ecosystem of Jamaica's only marine park in a comfortable air-conditioned underwater semi-sub. Learn about the colourful corals, exotic tropical fish and other sea life from marine experts.
A short walk from the cruise terminal takes you to the semi-sub. After boarding, the sub proceeds slowly to the marine park where fish are fed. A stop for 30 minutes or longer is provided for those who wish to snorkel. The semi-sub continues its sail along the coastline passing Sandals Inn, Jack Tar Hotel and the famous Doctor's Cave Beach and Margaritaville before returning to the cruise ship pier.
Croydon Plantation Tour
The Croydon Plantation is located toward the center of the island, and the working plantation gives visitors knowledge about Jamaican life outside of the cities.The drive out to the plantation takes approximately 1.25 hours through the countryside. You will get insights in coffee cultivation and processing. You can sample exotic fresh fruits and and fruit drinks. The pineapple stop is a unique experience, where you can try different varieties of chilled pineapple slices. You will also have a Jamaican barbeque lunch served with the "Blue Mountain" coffee. Your tour will end with a drive back to the pier.

Family members will greet you with a drink before you take a short walk down a lazy country road to St. Leonards where the children will entertain you with their charming songs during the school year. See an old sugar mill in the village where juice is extracted from fresh sugar cane, sample fresh cut pineapple right in the field. See the majestic old Sacred Heart Mission in the German Village of Seaford Town.
Return to the Pavillion House for a delicious pig roast, chicken or fish lunch served with as many as 12 exotic Jamaican vegetables and complimentary rum punch. After lunch you may stroll the property or relax and listen to the delightful music of a mento band.

Dunn's River Express
Departure from Montego Bay by air-conditioned coaches. Sightseeing on the way includes the Historic Town of Falmouth, Discovery Bay and Runaway Bay, arriving at Dunn's River Falls for a climb and swim. Returning in time for lunch on board.
Dunn's River Falls Tour
An approximate two hour drive through the countryside takes you to the town of Ocho Rios where you will visit the spectacular Dunn's River Falls, a 600-foot waterfall. At the falls, water cascades along a rocky, elevated course down to sea level, emptying into the Caribbean Sea. With the help of an experienced guide, you will enjoy the exhilarating climb to the top. Don't forget your bathing suit and water shoes! After Dunn's River the tour travels to Island Village for a scrumptious buffet luncheon at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Restaurant. Island Village boasts a number of duty free shops, a Reggae Xplosion museum, a financial center with services for Western Union and American Express and many other activities. Passengers will have an opportunity to walk about the village before the tour departs for Montego Bay.
Essence of Montego Highlights
After boarding your air-conditioned coaches, you will drive along the scenic coast of Montego Bay where a stop will be made at the Rose Hall Great House. Located in Golf Country, as it is surrounded by three world-class golf courses, your first stop will be at the Three Palm Golf Course. It is named after Annie Palmer, the white witch of Rose Hall who had killed and buried her three husbands on the land and then planted a palm tree for each of them. After a short ride, you will be taken to the entrance of the White Witch Golf Course, where you will experience a panoramic view of the lush surroundings.
Then it is off to the shopping center at Half Moon Hotel. Here you will find duty free shopping including a large selection of branded merchandise, Jamaican souvenirs and unique gift items.
Prior to returning to the vessel, a stop will be made at Aqua Sol Beach where you can enjoy a rum punch while listening to the sounds of Reggae music or take a dip in the azure waters. Guests may stay at the beach longer and return back to the vessel by taxi at an approximate cost of USD$3.00 per person.
Helmet Diving
Sea Trek is the easiest and most comfortable way to explore the underwater world. You will be picked up at the pier and taken to the renowned Doctor's Cave Beach, where you will be given a brief orientation before starting your adventure.
A space age helmet is set comfortably on your shoulders while a continuous flow of air lets you breathe with ease. Your hair doesn't get wet, and you can even wear prescription glasses. Then the fun will begin! For the duration of approximately 25 minutes, your guide will show you all there is to see at the bottom of the Sea.
Sea Trek is also great for the non-swimmer, as you do not have to know how to swim in order to experience this memorable event. After your adventure you will have approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Doctor's Cave Beach. Once you have soaked up the Sun, Sea, and Sand, you will be transferred back to your vessel.
Note: The Minimum age for this tour is 8 years old. Participants must be in good health. This tour is not available for women who are more than three months pregnant.

You will depart the Montego Bay cruise ship pier in air-conditioned comfort for the scenic 25 minute bus ride along the coast.
